Charlotte qualified from the University of Brighton in 2020 and has since gained experience working in a wide range of rehabilitative settings including Medical wards,  Stroke wards and Community. She now specialises within the NHS in Musculoskeletal outpatients at Horsham Hospital for the Sussex Community Foundation Trust. 

Charlotte enjoys working with a variety of people and has interests in persistent pain, stroke rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery and muscular/joint pain. Her main goal is to enable the patient to return to a level of confidence and function through a unique and tailored programme inclusive of advice, education and exercise.

Charlotte has developed her clinical skills in a wide range of settings; within orthopaedics at the Horder Centre, running classes for Parkinson’s UK, managing complex musculoskeletal patients at Crawley and Horsham hospital. 

She understands the importance of working with the patient to understand their physical impairment and any psychological barriers that exist in order to plan the journey towards the best possible outcome in the least possible time.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys being social and seeing friends and family, keeping fit and active including circuit and spin classes and road cycling.
