Most insurance companies are happy for you to choose us as your physiotherapy provider. All of our physiotherapists are fully registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), which are the main requirements set by insurers.
In most cases, you will pay us directly and then reclaim the cost from your insurance company. We recommend checking with your insurer beforehand to ensure they have approved this arrangement before proceeding.

Your physiotherapist will visit you at your home or care home to carry out a thorough initial assessment. This allows them to understand your main concerns, current difficulties, medical background, and personal goals, as well as get to know you as an individual.
Where appropriate, treatment will begin during this first session. This may include tailored exercises, practical advice, and hands-on techniques such as massage or joint mobilisation. Before the appointment ends, you will discuss a clear plan of care, including recommended follow-up sessions and an agreed frequency of visits to support you in achieving your goals safely and effectively.
