I can highly recommend the services of the Home Physio Company. I required professional rehabilitation following double hip replacements. Steph developed a personal recovery plan for me and monitored my progress personally at home, once a week initially. With her help I rapidly increased in strength, and from being in pain and virtually bed bound soon progressed from walking with crutches to running without them and without any sign of a limp. Steph’s analysis of my recovery requirements was insightful and she initiated and trained me in specific exercises backed up with videos and individual instructions for my needs. I could not recommend The Home Physio company more highly.
