Inform us of any relevant medical conditions or risks
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments where safety concerns arise.
5. Fees and Payment

6. Cancellations, Refunds and Payment
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged in full.
Cancellations must be made by email or telephone. If you are unable to reach us by telephone, a voicemail must be left clearly stating your name and the appointment date to be cancelled.
The time and date of the email or voicemail will be used to determine whether sufficient notice has been provided.

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms at the time of booking.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and may, at our discretion, review requests on a case-by-case basis.
