Camilla is a highly experienced physiotherapist with many years of clinical practice, now working with Home Physio Company to provide physiotherapy through convenient home visits. She has a broad background in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy and brings a calm, confident approach to helping people move and feel better in their own homes.
She has extensive experience treating MSK conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and senior health, including strength, balance, and mobility for older adults. Camilla enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from those returning to activity after injury or surgery to individuals looking to maintain independence and confidence as they age.
Camilla takes a patient-centred approach, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual and their goals. She is known for her clear, empathetic communication and takes pride in guiding clients through every stage of their rehabilitation with reassurance and practical advice.
Alongside her clinical work, Camilla has a strong interest in movement-based rehabilitation and regularly integrates strengthening, balance, and Pilates-inspired exercises into her treatment to support long-term outcomes and prevent future injury.
Camilla is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy and values building strong relationships with her clients to achieve meaningful, lasting results.
Outside of work Camilla is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys horse riding, skiing and snowboarding - and has even braved the Skeleton Bobsleigh (more than once!).
