With nearly three decades of experience as a qualified physiotherapist, Cathryn brings a wealth of clinical expertise to Home Physio Company. She has worked extensively across both the NHS and private sectors, treating a wide range of conditions in musculoskeletal (MSK) care, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, sports injuries, work-related issues, and pain management.
Holding a Master’s degree in MSK and Rehabilitation from the University of Western Australia, Cathryn combines academic excellence with real-world experience. Her postgraduate training includes soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, clinical Pilates, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing her to deliver highly personalised and effective care.
Known for her kind and caring approach, Cathryn is passionate about helping patients of all ages and backgrounds achieve meaningful, lasting recovery. She takes the time to understand each person’s goals and tailors treatment to fit their lifestyle — always focused on achieving the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, Cathryn enjoys spending time with family, walking her dog, swimming, practising Pilates and yoga, and getting her hands dirty in the garden.
