Emily is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over seven years of clinical experience across the NHS, private healthcare and community rehabilitation in both the UK and Australia. Her background spans musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, post-operative rehabilitation, respiratory care, neurology and community-based recovery, giving her a broad and well-rounded approach to physiotherapy in the home environment. She brings a strong combination of clinical knowledge, hands-on rehabilitation experience and patient-centred care to her work, helping people recover safely and confidently at home.
Emily has extensive experience supporting people following surgery, hospital admissions, acute injury and reduced mobility. In her current role as a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist, she assesses and treats patients in their own homes, helping them regain strength, confidence and independence through tailored rehabilitation, mobility support, equipment provision and personalised treatment planning. She takes pride in delivering practical, effective care that fits around each person’s goals, lifestyle and home environment.
Alongside her community work, Emily has a strong musculoskeletal background from senior NHS and private roles, where she has treated a wide range of acute and chronic injuries and supported patients through every stage of recovery. Her wider clinical experience across respiratory care, neurology, paediatrics and acute hospital settings has given her a thoughtful and adaptable approach, allowing her to support people with a wide variety of needs.
