Jemma is a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions, mobility difficulties and rehabilitation needs.
Since qualifying with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire in 2019, Jemma has developed specialist expertise in neurological rehabilitation across both private practice and specialist rehabilitation settings.
Jemma has particular experience working with individuals recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury, as well as those living with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome and other complex neurological conditions. She also has experience supporting older adults with reduced mobility, balance difficulties and general rehabilitation needs.
Her approach is personalised, combining thorough assessment, evidence-based rehabilitation and practical, goal-focused treatment to help patients improve their strength, balance, mobility and independence. Jemma is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful improvements in their everyday lives, whether that involves regaining confidence with walking, improving physical function or maintaining independence at home.
Alongside her neurological expertise, Jemma has completed additional training in APPI Clinical Pilates, upper limb rehabilitation and sports massage, allowing her to incorporate a range of techniques into her treatment programmes.
