Jo

Chartered Physiotherapist

Jo is a highly experienced and compassionate physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, occupational health, military healthcare and private practice. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel University and has spent much of her career assessing, treating and supporting people with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

Jo has a particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and injury rehabilitation. Her extensive clinical background includes working as a Specialist Lead Physiotherapist within the British Army and as a Squad Physiotherapist for the All England Netball Team. Through these roles, she developed considerable experience in injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, as well as helping individuals reduce their risk of further injury.

With many years of experience in occupational health physiotherapy, Jo also has a strong understanding of how pain, injury and reduced mobility can affect a person's everyday life, work and independence. She takes a practical and individualised approach to rehabilitation, focusing on helping people move more comfortably, build strength and confidence, and return to the activities that are important to them.

Jo believes that effective physiotherapy is about understanding the person as well as their condition. Her approachable and supportive manner allows her to build positive relationships with her patients, while her wealth of clinical experience enables her to adapt treatment to each individual's needs, abilities and personal goals.

She is particularly passionate about helping people remain active and independent and enjoys supporting patients through their rehabilitation, whether they are recovering from an injury, experiencing ongoing musculoskeletal pain or simply looking to improve their mobility and physical function.

Jo works across Meopham, Gravesend, Longfield, Dartford and surrounding areas.
