Kavita is a highly experienced physiotherapist having specialised in Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic physiotherapy for the past 6 years. Following her undergraduate studies in Physiotherapy Kavita went on to complete a Masters in Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Sports Conditions. She has since worked extensively with athletes and individuals across various settings with common and complex cases. Kavita uses upto date research to guide her assessment, diagnoses providing personalised treatment plans to help patients reach and surpass their goals.

Whilst working within Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic physiotherpay Kavita has had the experience to work alongside adults of all ages. With this, Kavita is able to build strong theraputic relationships with seniors and understands how the ageing process affects us physically and psychologically. She has worked with seniors to assess and treat common conditions such as Osteoarthritis, Balance concerns, Falls and Joint Pain.
