Sonia has extensive experience managing complex caseloads across musculoskeletal, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation. Her clinical practice includes the assessment and treatment of acute and persistent pain presentations, orthopaedic and sports injuries, functional movement issues, and long-term mobility challenges. She is confident supporting patients with multifactorial needs, developing clear, realistic rehabilitation plans that prioritise safety, independence, and measurable progress.
In her current senior role, Sonia delivers advanced physiotherapy interventions and designs tailored rehabilitation programmes aimed at maximising recovery and restoring function.
