Chartered Physiotherapist
Stani graduated from the University of Brighton in 2021 with BSc in Physiotherapy. She has experience in variety of physiotherapy specialties including falls prevention, balance re-training, post-operative rehabilitation and neurological rehabilitation. Stani specialises in neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation, providing detailed assessments and formulating personalised rehab plans based on each clients condition and goals. Experienced in treating both acute and long-term neurological conditions Stani is able to assess straightforward and complex conditions such as a combination of muscle weakness, cognitive deficits and spasticity.
Within her practice, Stani assesses and treats a wide range of muscloskeletal conditions such as shoulder pain, back pain and balance concerns.
Stani is confident at creating personalised exercise programs and has great knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, injury and fall prevention. She is experienced in working with adults of all ages and values building therapuetic relationships with all clients.
Stani is highly emphatic and is passionate about helping clients return to full physical functioning.
Outside of physiotherapy, Stani practices parkour and climbing at a high level, competing as well as performing for film projects.
